Kansas City real estate developers weathered 2022's storms of supply chain issues, ever-increasing pricing and labor shortages — and delivered.
The Kansas City Business Journal's Capstone Awards honor 26 real estate development projects completed in 2023 that transformed the Kansas City area. To be honored, each project had to be move-in ready by the end of 2022. A panel of judges selected the honorees. Blume Shawnee proudly makes the list as the only mixed-use project.
